About Our Studio

Get to know us

OnPoint Fitness Studio is under the ownership of George Miranda, Personal Fitness Instructor and Massage Therapist and Jose Romero, Personal Fitness Instructor and Licensed Acupuncturist. We are conveniently located in the Business District on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, NJ. 

 

Our Studio has designed and implemented customized programs for weight loss and overall fitness. All of the training sessions are performed one-on-one with our experienced, professional trainers.

 

We offer our signature Slow Burn Training, High Intensity Strength Training, Cardiovascular Training, Golf Conditioning, KettleBell Training, Resistance Training, Nutritional Consultation and much more. 

 

OnPoint Fitness Studio’s atmosphere boosts our clients to achieve their fitness goals by providing customized fitness programs.

George Miranda

Certified Fitness Trainer, Massage Therapist and Founder

From general fitness routines, fat-burning specific workouts to sport-specific training regimens, George has the resources and knowledge to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. George enjoys working one-on-one with his clients as well as group training. He is very passionate about the overall aspects of health, fitness and nutrition. His energy is contagious. His ability to adapt, modify and adjust according to his clients' personal needs has helped them achieve success and reach their goals. 

George is certified through the National Personal Training Institute with over 15 years of experience in training and fitness industry: holding certifications with NASM, TRX and CPR certified.

Jose 
Romero

Certified Fitness Trainer, Licensed Acupuncturist and Founder

Jose has been an enthusiast of physical fitness, wellness and nutrition most of his life. He's been training for more than 25 years with training certifications from AFFA and ISSA as well as CPR

and AED certified. 

Jose enjoys the continued education from professional development and consequently refreshes and improves his knowledge and personalized fitness programs. His main targets being Strength & Conditioning for Combat Athlete, BOSU Balance Training, Core Specialist, Personal Fitness Chef, Boot Camp, Cardo, Kickboxing, Golf Conditioning and TRX.  His fitness management evaluations are created for long term results.
