Our Form Classes are designated not to take time away from your training session. We want to assure you are getting the entire training session without the interruptions.
Strength & Resistance Training
Lean muscle mass naturally diminishes with age. You'll increase the percentage of fat in your body if you don't do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose over time. Strength training can help you increase and maintain your muscle mass at any age.
OnPoint Fitness Studio uses a variety of strength training methods to confuse your body, increase strength and your overall fitness. If you want to reduce body fat, increase muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently, these types of training are the key components of overall health and fitness.
Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve your strength and endurance. Exercise is often associated with the lifting of weights. It can help you manage or lose weight, increase your metabolism, which helps you burn more calories, among other beneficial factors.

It really all starts within! Since we are young we are told to eat our fruits and veggies. How many of us really did? How and why does that benefit us? We’re all different and have varying dietary needs; however, all our goals are the same.

Slow Burn Training
OnPoint Fitness Studio gives clients an exercise program that has been scientifically proven to reshape their bodies without monopolizing all their precious time. Our Slow Burn routine does just that.
Superslow training is method of resistance training that originated in 1982 by Ken Hutchins. It was developed in an osteoporosis study with older folks in mind because of the need to utilize a safer speed to perform the resistance exercise. Superslow training involves less momentum, resulting in a more evenly applied muscle force throughout the range of motion. The total time for the set requires approximately 55-85 seconds for completion

TRX Training
TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise). It's a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries.
Suspension training can be used to achieve any fitness goal. Lose weight, build strength, boost your endurance. You get a full body workout by just using your own body weight to perform the exercise. This workout is beneficial for all fitness levels. From youth, pro athletes to seniors, it benefits all levels. You are in control of how much you are willing to challenge yourself.
Youth Training
Let’s face it, with today’s social media and technology, our youth of today do not get sufficient exercise and movement as they should. Weather you want your child to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle, gain strength, train for a specific sport, or simply just keep active, we will make them want to come to us.

We keep it fun for them while making them feel challenged and setting good examples. We have found that youth training is most effective and fun if done with a friend or in a group.
Youth training can help increase your child’s muscle strength and endurance, protect their muscles and joints from sports-related injuries along with improving their performance in almost any sport, from football, baseball, dancing, soccer.
Kettle Bell
The kettlebell is used as a strength and conditioning tool that combines multi-joint full body movements that requires concentration. It makes an effective cardio workout by swinging the kettlebell, raising your pulse, increases flexibility by stretching, offers strength and toning by the weight of the kettlebell.
